Regional Sales Lead (Midwest)

Mednition offers Cloud Based clinical decision support solutions to hospitals to improve patient safety and help drive down costs for healthcare delivery. We analyze medical records and translate this information into real-time high accuracy actionable clinical predictions. We are looking to expand our team with curious and hardworking individuals who want to make a difference for clinicians, hospitals, and the patients they care for. This team member will close sales as well as create and drive sales and marketing strategy of Mednition Cloud Based solutions.

  • A proven track record of closing clinical sales to large and complex healthcare organizations and experience with Senior and C-Level Hospital Clinical Leadership
  • An in-depth understanding of customer/industry climates and how to navigate the healthcare landscape 
  • A long-term vision with ability to translate it to specific actions and plans, including creating sales and marketing strategy
  • Manages sales team members providing direction and guidance, supporting an ambitious growth plan and management of complex accounts
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate, influence and negotiate to drive business results   
  • Drives strategic account management and pipeline development, leveraging a long-term account planning approach
  • Solid office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
  • Strong finance and business acumen


  • Experience with high functioning growth-oriented start-up 
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant sales experience
  • Consulting/Solutions Sales training and experience
  • SaaS experience
  • Healthcare informatics experience
  • Business Development experience in the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud-based Applications, and/or Data Architecture space 
  • Knowledge of IT Application integration with healthcare industry’s major EHR vendors–Epic and Cerner
  • Ability to collaborate with teams
  • Experience selling complex software solutions
